OMNICHANNEL – HOW WE DO IT…

Omnichannel sales have been a fact for several years. Communication with consumers has taken the form of comprehensively absorbing their information using all available means and information media. The widespread adoption of smartphones and social media, along with the shift of interest from conventional television to the Internet, mean that both advertising and shopping take place increasingly frequently on a phone, a tablet, or in most cases, on a portable computer. Billboards as well as cinema and television advertising are being supplanted by various forms of online promotion. Consumer activity is closely monitored by “cookies”, which constantly record what they do and what they would like to have.

Shopping habits are also dynamically evolving under the influence of these new technological changes. Universal loyalty to the point of sale where we bought clothing, cosmetics or electronics is shifting towards behaviours aimed at obtaining the lowest possible price. Hunting for “cheap haul” is reinforced by online stores with an entire arsenal of means that support the consumer’s contact with the seller: bonuses, discounts, premiums, bundled deals, freebies and finally the ability to return the goods even after 100 days.

So how should a company that makes furniture act?
Here is the strategy for MIA’s activities for the coming years:

To illustrate our OMNICHANNEL strategy, we have designed the MIA OMNI STAR (see the graphic on the graphite background), which illustrates what we do in the following four steps:

  1. We adapt social media for:
    A) Better identification of the client’s needs and use them to find the solutions they need faster.
    B) Ongoing communication on new products, technologies and constructions, inventions and patents.
    C) Market trend and shopping habit research.
    D) Promotion and sales support of our clients and their brands.
    E) Studying our own organisational efficiency and continuous improvement.
    F) Gathering knowledge about the market in order to learn together with clients and customers within the global net and an increasingly transparent supply chain. (This is shown by the circle in the middle of the star with social media icons)
  2. We focus primarily on our client’s brand and according to its market position, we offer the best solutions in terms of cost and the context of time to deliver the right project, product or service. BRAND-PRICE-TIME
  3. After defining the time and budget, we implement the design principles in the area of FUNCTION-FORM-TECHNOLOGY.
  4. All of our activities are integrated to provide the best possible delivery of what we have agreed on with the customer in the above points; the customer always occupies a central place in our process.

INTERNATIONAL MARKET

Since the start of our operations, we have been focused on developing cooperation
in the international community.

Thanks to the fact that we can carry out projects in Nice and Zagreb or in Irkutsk and Grenoble at the same time, we have unique experience in solving various difficulties in the market of each country.
